Spanish II 06-06-08

• While Maestra Range checked homework, students studied for the vocabulary quiz.
• Students took the 4B Vocabulary Recognition Quiz. After the Quiz, students received study guides for the lessons they will need to be familiar with for the final exam.
• Maestra Range played a CD recording of a version of the Los Elefantes childhood song, and the class practiced singing the song and saying the tongue twisters.
• We reviewed the homework assignments on the document camera.
• Maestra Range then acted out a demonstration of reciprocal verbs using two stuffed animals, and students practiced using reciprocal verbs and converting them from the present tense to the imperfect tense.
• We then discussed the difference between the imperfect and the preterite tenses and played a game to practice them. Teams of 4 used dice, spinners and flashcards to write sentences on the mini whiteboards, and the whole class checked to see if they were correct.

Tarea:

1. Do p.88 in the yellow WB 4B packet.
2. Do p.81 in the green WB 4A packet.
3. Study for the final exam on Wednesday and Thursday.
