Español II - 06-11-08

2^nd period:

• While Maestra Range checked in homework, students compared their answers with their neighbors’ answers. We then reviewed the assignment as a class.
• We went over the quizzes students completed last week on 3A and 3B vocabulary and the imperfect.
• Students then prepared and performed skits in groups of 2 or 3 using vocabulary and situations taken from all the lessons we have covered this semester.
• Then we watched Shrek in Spanish, and finished the movie just as the bell rang!

Tarea:

• Study for the final exam using the sites you can link to from this blog, your textbook, and the handouts you have received in class.

4^th period:

• Students took the Final Exam, consisting of 100 multiple choice questions and an essay.
• For extra credit, some students also wrote the lyrics to the birthday song, “Las Mañanitas.” As a thank you for helping her in her student teaching program, Maestra Range gave students a keychain with “el mundo” in the hopes that Spanish will be a door to exploring the world for each of you.
