• While Maestra Range checked in homework, students translated sentences from English into Spanish using the vocabulary and preterite tenses we have been learning.
• We reviewed the 2B Quiz students took last week to practice the preterite tense.
• Students then wrote questions about shopping and interviewed four different classmates. For homework, students will complete the last two parts of the interview sheet, answering the questions themselves and writing sentences about their conclusions.
• Maestra Range read a children’s storybook called “De Compras Con Mamá” (Going shopping with Mom) using the document camera about an animal family going shopping. We have been studying much of the vocabulary and verbs used in the book.
• Students then played Battleship using conjugations of verbs in the preterite.

Tarea:

1. Preterite Practice worksheet (white)

2. Complete the last two parts of the Interview Sheet (Encuesta)

3. Complete the (green) Graphic Organizer 2B-9
