• Happy Birthday to Josè Pèrez in 2^nd period! We sang “Las Mañanitas” to him.
• Students translated sentences from English into Spanish using the vocabulary and preterite tenses we have been learning.
• We reviewed the rhyme chant we learned to help memorize demonstrative adjectives and practiced using the words.
• Students then wrote sentences for Act. 15 on p.111, and shared the sentences with a partner out loud. They then compared their sentences with their partner’s sentences to write new combined sentences.
• In different pairs, students then did partner orals, exchanging information with one another about purchasing different items while shopping.
• Maestra Range then reviewed the yellow worksheet 2B-3 & 2B-6 and assigned and explained new homework.
