Español IV el 15 de abril – La Sra. Range (student teacher) empezó enseñando hoy.

• Homework credit and correction: WB 43-44 (using the Futuro) & Lotería – la naturaleza.
• Reviewed uses and forms of the Future indicative – see pages 55-56 in the text.
• Reintroduced the “Condicional/Potencial” which shares the same irregularities as the Futuro and parallels the use of probability: Future within the present tense = “probably” is…; Conditional within the past = “probably” was…
• PACKET: El Future y el Condicional – compared uses and forms and worked through the first 3 items in each of the first 3 exercises.
• Nature vocabulary in-put practice: Lotería – La naturaleza. We played this “Bingo” game to help us internalize these new terms.
• La maestra Thurber-Brown explained the project proposal handout that is due tomorrow. Indicate 3 different topics you would like to prepare for your Power Point research and oral presentation project. Indicate your top 3 dates you would like to present, and inform me about any conflicts in your schedule that you know of in May: e.g. sporting events, IB exams, doctor’s appointments, Prearranged Absences, etc.
