Homework is to write a goal, underlining and labeling each section as it applies to the SMART acronym:
Specific: What will you do and How will you do it? ; Measureable - use the data on your progress report and indicate at what % you will be by the end of the quarter; Attainable/Agreed to & Realistic -
- you don't have to make yourself into a new person to achieve this goal; Time-bound = Has a definite deadline. We're making this the end of the quarter = April 12th.
