Checked off Text book covers - reminded students of the "Anuncios" section on the board indicating upcoming assignments. We just had a few who made ones for our contest, so I'll give them their cupones tomorrow. Gracias!

I entered our classroom names in the grade book so you can now use your "alias" on your papers.

El mundo de habla española:
A. Started our review of the Spanish-speaking world with a little video visit to España. We anticipated what we thought we would see before watching, then debriefed after wards.
B. Next we did a partner activity/how many Spanish-speaking countries could you come up with? C. Then we practiced the nationality adjectives for people or things that come from these countries - New vocabulary list. Descriptive adjectives:
A. In groups of 4 we played the guessing game we prepared as homework - describing celebrities with others guessing who is it.
