Spanish III – Period 2 & 4
- Warm-up: Distribute the “Código EcoViajero”
Students read it aloud with their seat partner and figured out it's meaning. Then we
went over it as a whole class.
- I am postponing the Chapter 1-B test until next week. Probably Wednesday, maybe Thursday. This way you can still be working on your understanding of the preterite and imperfect as we share our projects.
- Distributed the sign-up sheet for the projects and each student selected a country and a park – if they found a different one than is listed, that is just fine, but they needed to write it in under the country in which it is located.
- GTime to work on their projects.
- Write an outline based on the required elements of the project – YES(!) this WILL be included in the preparation points. You should not simply copy my Spanish – but rather, write in the specific details that pertain to your site.
Remember: A list of the required elements can be found both in the green project
handout & the white page that also include the Annotated Bibliography and the Scoring guide.
Note: we’ll NOT be doing an Annotated bibliography this time, but everything else IS included.
b. Worked on your personal narrative about your trip. Remember to apply the rules for the preterite and the imperfect. – handouts, on use of these were made available.
Homework: Rough draft of project for Monday, Final draft and PowerPoint due on Tuesday.
