Español II el 08 de febrero de 2012

1. Vocabulary practice - using the Quia games URL (hot link on yesterday's post) - We used the Flash cards today.

2. Review of different ways to express NOUNS with:
Definite articles (el/la); Indefinite articles (un/una); and two ways to express POSSESSION - Blue handout.
example: Mi libro/el libro/un libro/el libro de Roberto/tu libro/su libro

3. Introduced the TEXT BOOK - support/reference materials in the back of the book and how the chapters are organized.

4. In the text book -
(A) page 2:
Listening/Reading - Lesson opener on page 2.
Writing/Comprehension questions: Activity 1
(B) page 3: Adjectives - meanings and uses. Making adjectives match the noun described.
(C) page 5: Verb SER = Subject pronouns and forms of the verb.

5. Hora 1a: Explained the "systems" in the classroom.

Tarea:
1. Complete last night's vocabulary list, if needed.
2. Complete the flash cards through #48
3. Workbook Activities P-1, P-2
