1. Warm-up: Review sentences putting together what we've learned so far.
2. Intro - Lesson 1B: A la primera vista, pp. 50-51 - New vocabulary in context - Descriptions of 3 teenagers telling us what they are like.
3. New Vocabulary List + Quia games http://www.quia.com/jg/1880991.html
4. 2 Listening comprehension exercises, using the new vocabulary in context.
5. Video Historia,pp. 52-53 - two sets of teenagers write notes via a chat room describing themselves, as they hope the other one wished them to be.
6. I distributed Progress Reports to those students whose parents did not come to conferences last week.
7. Presentation by Genevieve Krause of Andeo Homestays International - presenting on what is is like to be an exchange students or to host one.
Tarea:
(1) Parent signs Progress Report.
(2) Write a SMART GOAL and then BOTH You And Your Parent(s) sign this, too.- Specific, Measurable,Achievable, Relevant to Spanish Class and Timely.
(3) 1B Flashcards #'s 1-24, from today's new list (artístico/a through No le gusta)
