• WAVA Listening exercises 8 & 9 – pp. 40-41.
• Homework correction – AND BIG REVIEW! Yellow handout practicing the vocabulary, verbs in the preterite and then putting it all together in translation sentences.
• Reading and cultural information (partner practice) = Fondo Cultural ¿Qué talla uso? Page 109. Discusses how clothing and shoe sizes vary in various Spanish-speaking countries. Students then calculated their own shoes size in Spain.
• Yellow Practice Workbook 2B-7: Practiced making pronoun phrases to avoid repeating the noun twice.
• Reviewed, and then practiced Demonstrative Adjectives. – See text page 114. We completed Activity 2B-6 in the same packet as mentioned above.
• I went over the list of homework to study from and organize to turn in tomorrow – see separate blog entry.
• Tarea:
1. Test 2B tomorrow – review pages 124-125
2. Study from your homework packet while organizing it.
3. Complete exercises 2B-8 and 2B-9 in your yellow packet.
