Precaliento - 5 warm-up sentences practicing talking about our daily routines (thematic lesson vocabulary) and using reflexive verbs.

Possessives: Review and expansion on the different ways to indicate who owns what.
(1) My sister's car = El carro de mi hermana
(2) Her car = Su carro; Their cars = sus carros; Our car = Nuestro carro; Our friends = Nuestros amigos.
(3) NEW = "Long form", see page 88 = El coche mío, la casa nuestra, los primos tuyos, etc.
Of course we got a new packet (azul) and we worked through the first four practices.

Ser versus Estar:
We watched the Gram Activa DVD and then (1st block) - Did Activity 19 on page 86; (2nd block) did Exercise A in the Green Ser versus Estar packet.

Rutina diaria:
We corrected the homework - Workbook page 29 & WAVA packet Activity 11.
Block 1 also read an article about teenagers sleep habits and exchanged information with a partner about how much they typically sleep during the school week versus the weekends.
Block 2 = Daily Announcements took the time from this activity.
