1. We reviewed the 2A test we took yesterday. Most of the class did very well, indeed. !Buen trabajo, estudiantes!

2. PROJECTS! - Once again we went over the expectations for the projects:
(a)WHAT EXACTLY is due on MONDAY. See handout - listed 4 different times and ways - one of them in English. Look for the list that says: What I need to turn in.
(b)Demonstrated HOW TO PRINT A HANDOUT OF YOUR POWERPOINT WITH 3 SLIDES TO A PAGE
(c)Demonstrated HOW TO SAVE in the 2003 VERSION OF POWERPOINT.
(d)I showed examples of Power Points from previous projects
(e)Reiterated that POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS are to be SENT TO MY SCHOOL EMAIL AS AN ATTACHMENT - NO LESS THAN 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PRESENTATION DATE: It needs to run through the district's filter.
PLEASE DO NOT:
(a)BRING IT ON A FLASH DRIVE
(b)Email it to yourself and want to open it on my classroom computer
(c)Create it on a MAC
(d)Create it with DIFFERENT SOFTWARE THAN POWER POINT.

3. 2B Reading: Interview with Futurologists: pagina 59 & Activity 2-21, page 61. Read aloud with a partner, and each one wrote out his/her own answers.

4. Vocabulary practice with the English trap "Calidad versus Cualidad" - See !Cuidado! on your vocabulary page, 60. We gave examples - what are the qualities (cualidades) of a high-quality (calidad) project. Then we completed activity 2-25, page 62.

5. Lotería - La Naturaleza: We played this vocabulary bingo game using terms from Nature.
