  • Students assembled and graded homework packets.

  • Precaliento (Warmup)- Students translated English sentences to Spanish, emphasizing “Ir” and “Estar” – Corrected as a class

  • Reviewed the final section of yesterday’s warm-up quiz, also focusing on “Ir a…” terms (learning how to speak about what one is “going to do” in Spanish.

  • Making comparisons…. – Introduced the concepts of “tan…como,” “tanto…como,” and “tantos…como” to talk about equality of objects, people, etc.

  • Introduced/Reviewed vocabulary dealing with extracurricular activities (outlined in text on pg. 68) through a game of “Pelota de Práctica.”

  • Tarea

  • Yellow “Comparisons” worksheet – do all questions, front and back

  • WAVA p.22 – written in complete sentences.
