1. Repaso - las canciones infantiles, practicing the preterite and imperfecto.
2. Encuesta: Students copied down 5 questions about their childhoods in the first section of the handout. Next they wrote their own answers to them in the second section. Afterwards they asked these same questions to up to 4 other people. Last they wrote up their findings, and I collected the papers.
NEW HANDOUT: IMPERFECTO VERSUS PRETERITO - we reviewed their different uses.
3. Repaso de las tareas: homework corrections
We corrected 8 of the sentences for Ex. D - practicing the preterite and the imperfecto
4. Reviewed our results on the tests over the Preterite Conjugation and the Time Expressions for the Imperfecto.
5. Introduced the Partner Story Project (HANDOUT) and showed some examples from previous classes.
6. HOW TO STUDY FOR THE FINAL - Blue packet with study tips and a lesson-by-lesson list of topics and text page numbers from the course. My suggestion is to START studying tonight and do one lesson a night and you'll really be ready for the final exam.
