1. Student Travel consultant, Genevieve Krauss, presented to the class about her experiences as an exchange student to Costa Rica and the value of such experiences.

2. Homework review/corrections: Workbook pages 52-54 AND Exercise B in the Por and Para packet.

3. Por and Para: Students began working on Exercise D in the Por/Para packet.

4. Introduced the "una discusión sobre un problema" - Students received a handout and we went through the criteria of this performance activity they will complete in class tomorrow. Next they got together with a partner to start planning.

Tarea:
1. Complete Exercise D in your Por and Para packet.
2. Work on your Una discusión de un problema presentation for tomorrow - you will have some in-class time to work with your partner, but each of you is to come with your own work that you can combine and then present to us.
