1. Activity 12, page 168 - Reading comprehension and practice of the present subjunctive.

2. Homework corrections and review - vocabulary and subjunctive.

3. Verb conjugation practice - all of the 7 forms we have studied using the verbs from the lesson on page 196. First as a whole class and then with partners, finally reviewing together the answers from the second group done with partners.

4. Vocabulary review -
(A) Practiced writing definitions of given vocabulary items - describing the word without using it. We'll do more of these as homework.
(B) Qué falta? - Using flashcard pictures of various vocabulary expressions under the document camera; covering the lens while removing one; students identified which one is missing.

ANUNCIO: Recognition Vocabulary Quiz - page 196- on Wednesday 13 de enero - Know which word is needed in the context of the sentence.

Tarea:
Write more definitions in Spanish for 10 vocabulary items like we did in class today - REMEMBER TO WRITE FULL SENTENCES IN SPANISH DESCRIBING THE WORD.
