Bienvenidos al regreso de clases!
So nice to meet all of you; I'm looking forward to our class together!
Here's what we did today:

• Filled out personal info sheet - "Datos personales" and chose a name for the class.
•  Partner practices: (1) Reviewed Spanish alphabet and practiced spelling names (2) Introductions

• Repaso - Spanish 1 Review: (1) Categorías: Brainstormed words we knew for each of the following categories: (1) La escuela (2) La familia (3) Las actividades (4) Los lugares (5) La comida (6) Los días especiales and (7) Las personas y descripciones de personas.
• Got a Reviewed Packet: Vocabulary from español I - we'll use this for filling in more on the categorías AND for a skit on Friday.
• Class procedures packet & workbook letter (Bienvenidos a la clase)
• Filled-in the price and due date for the workbook: $15.00 by 9/25
• "Level Letter" - verifying you are in the correct level of study
• Checked text books out from the library

Tarea:

1. Finish your "Categorías" paper: see above for the categories.  Minimum of 8 words for each category.
2. Referring to the Bienvenidos packet, write FIVE questions in English (& their answers) about classroom and grading procedures.
3. Have parents fill-in& sign the "Level Letter" AND the "Work book Letter". Price and due date for the workbook: $15.00 by 9/25
4. Text book covered by Friday.
