I. Lectura: Working with a partner, students read aloud Chapter 2A's opening article on page 45 & Activity 2-1 on page 47. Practicing vocabulary and structures from the lesson within the contextualized theme.

II. Práctica de escritura/comunicación - Each pair of students teamed up with another and practiced writing sentences using the sentences written as homework.

III. Estructura: Ser versus Estar = take notes on pages 49-51. I showed a Power Point, students took notes and then we did some in-class work on a new packet.

Tarea:
1. New Workbook Packet - 2A: manual de ejercicios = Actividades 2-1, 2-1 on pg. WB41.
2. Ser versus Estar Packet - Complete all of Exercise C; Exercise E #s 1-10.
