1. NEW packet: Lotería de casa & MI casa song
a. Students filled-in the game sheet, using the vocabulary list on the reverse.
b. We played "Lotería" as we learned/reinforced these terms for the rooms and furnishings for the house.
c. Mi casa - another one of these fun Lonnie Dai Zovi songs - student listened and tried to fill-in the missing words on their handouts. Then they got to try to "steal" some from each other, last we all sang through the song a few times.
2. I shared a fold-out CASA book in Spanish - each room including furniture, and students identified what they knew in each room, and then I shared a former student's project based on that book.
3. HANDOUT: Mi casa de sueños - project - first three "stages" (etapas) are due for tomorrow- see separate post.
4. Tarea correction: We reviewed the items on the vocabulary list, and students took extra notes. Next we went through Ex.B & C in THE HOUSE packet. Once done, we continued on completing EX. C.
5. NEW HANDOUT: Telling Time - Clock faces - we just got started on this - BRING BACK tomorrow!
