2. Don Quijote: short overview/background then in text, page 17 - Act. 11: more preterite practice with reading comprehension.

3. NEW preterite overview packet: EL PRETERITO. Review of all of the forms, special uses and time expressions associated with the preterite.

4. Homework correction/review: Pink Preterite Packet - ex. D & E

5. Review of La abeja haragana - Exercise from in-class work yesterday - page 165

6. Gave background and distributed the new short story: Folk tale, "Juan Bobo".

1. Preterite Test tomorrow (50 points total) including one 10 point section of vocabulary and definitions in Spanish.
2. Stem-changers in the Preterite - Handout "Prueba" - write on the "answer sheet"
