• Warm-up: Partner Oral Activity 3A-2: Asking and answering questions about recent past events. (Pink handout)

• Reviewed question answering strategies:  

• Focus on the interrogative –question word- and be sure you are giving back the type of information it wants.  


• Notice the form of the verb in the question and visualize the conversation – to whom is the question being asked?  Be sure you answer the verb in the appropriate form.


• Answer as fully as you can – include extra details that have to do with your answer.

• Corrected the Crossword from last night’s homework and reviewed pronunciation and meanings of the vocabulary.

• Reviewed the vocabulary and verb tests for 3A & reviewed the essay question from the last chapter test.

• Homework:   Chapter 3A test tomorrow!
