• Started lesson 1-B in Conexiones


• With a partner (cangurú), read page 24 & began writing answers to ex. 23, on page 26.


• Reviewed the Leyenda de el Iztaccíhuatl y el Popocatépetl – and did the partner oral exercise 2 (mapeche partner)


• Reviewed answers from yesterday’s test


• Reviewed the answers to the second part of the Juan Bobo story


• Exchanged homework packets and verified them.  Then we turned them in.


• Tarea:


• Finish writing out exercise 23, page 26 – text.


• Study the uses of the preterite and the imperfect, pp. 27-28 – Note taking highly recommended.


• Apply the uses of the pret/imp in two activities: Ex. 29, pg. 29 and


• Write a paragraph about an incident from your childhood (an anecdote) by including the information prompted by the questions in exercise 32, pg. 30
